Presentation Guideline
Important Notice for Poster Presenters ★★★
All posters will be presented as E-Posters and displayed on E-Kiosks during the congress.
- All oral presenters are required to attend and present in person. Remote presentations will not be permitted.
- All presenters must complete registration for KATRDIC 2026.
- Poster printing is not required.
- Please prepare your E-Poster according to the guidelines below.
E-Poster File Format Guidelines
- Poster Size: The poster should be designed in a 3:4 aspect ratio.
- Poster Template: Please use the provided poster template to ensure consistency and compliance with congress standards.
- Language & File Format: Posters must be prepared in English and submitted as a single-slide MS PowerPoint (.pptx) file.
- File Naming: Please save your file using the following format → [Submission Number_Category_Name]
- Submission: Please submit your E-Poster file to sci@katrdic2026.org.
- Submission Deadline: September 27 (Sun)

Once submitted, E-Poster files cannot be modified or resubmitted.

Revisions and Withdrawals
1. Revisions
If you need to make revisions to your presentation slides after submission, please re-upload a new file through the submission link. Additionally, kindly email us at sci@katrdic2026.org.
2. Withdrawals
If you wish to withdraw your abstract including the poster, please request the withdrawal by sending an email to the secretariat sci@katrdic2026.org as soon as possible.
