① Online Credit Card Payment

• Payment by credit card is possible only through the on-line registration system.
• All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'Eximbay’

② Wire Transfer

• Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail.
• Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant's name and must be stated on the receipt.

Group Registration

• Group registration is available for any group of minimum 10 participants. Please fill in the group registration form and send it to the secretariat of KATRDIC 2025 via email at info@katrdic2025.org.
• This is for registrants’ convenience, not for registration discounts. Payment for group registration is ONLY possible by bank transfer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email.

All refunds will be processed after the congress. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.

Invitation Letter Request

If you require an invitation letter to obtain a visa for entry into the Republic of Korea, please contact us via email at info@katrdic2025.org. Invitation letters will be provided upon request to participants who have completed their registration and payment.
